Hey guys so over the past few days I pulled my girl apart and fitted a full m4 exhaust system. While I had her apart I installed a bmc race filter and removed the airbox baffle and plastic intake deflecter pieces.
Took her for a little ride this arvo and she sounds amazing and feels great! Well worth the money!
I don't find it is too noisey. It is a fair bit louder over standard but I think it is just right! Any louder and it would be obnoxious and I might as well have bought a Harley
Nothing! It comes with a thread for the oxygen sensor. And it comes with a block for the exhaust servo. So you just pull it out and fit the plate then put the servo back. Once I get the tune done I can then remove the exhaust servo and oxygen sensors.
Did your m4 exhaust touch the bottom fairing? I didn't notice mine was touching after installing the fairing and melted some of the plastic. I ended up trimming the plastic so it wouldn't touch anymore.
That's a whole kit. Headers midpipe and muffler. You need a pcV auto tune and exhaust valve eliminator to do the whole thing right. I did it on my bike this year and love the sound. I had the dB killer out but ended up installing it so my neighbours didn't murder me.
