Mirror block off or plugs

what size is that hole that the mirrors screw into? 8mm or 10mm?
are they normal thread or backwards, right hand or left hand, clockwise or counter-clockwise?

see ebay items, would these do the job? maybe with some silicone to make them air tight?!?

I used a blanking cap for a Honda CBR125R only about 1.30 thereabouts and you don't need to use silicon as they cut their own thread and are very tight.

I've always just ran down to Lowe's/Home Depot and used these plastic plugs. Typically, they're located in the nut/bolt aisle...with the specialty items in the slide out trays...maybe $1.

they're like $20 on ebay with shipping and all for two dinky plugs, I'll try the home depot option plus I'll have them faster

rather then block off you might consider a ram base mount. great place to install gps, radar, or cell phone holder

got 10mm plugs, like body panel plugs, they fit but had to use a rag & a hammer lol, tight fit at 10mm, more like 3/8" so like 9.5mm
looks decent and doesnt stand out too much but then again good luck getting them out later hahah
