Abs or not for resaleability

What's folks opinions on bikes like this, the S1000, with ABS? Would you only look at bikes that had ABS when browsing the used bike market?
Please don't turn this into a debate on the merits of ABS. Personally, I'm not bothered by it and would rather save the (approx) 500 but if it makes it much harder to sell then I'd get it. So, what's your personal thoughts on this and also what do feel about what the current/future market would want too?

go for it, I see you denoted the 500 in pounds, as I'm sure you know Europe is about to have mandatory ABS laws coming into effect. IMO ABS will get you a quicker sale in the future.

If you're going for out and out resale value and hoping to sell to a die hard enthusiast/traditionalist who abhors ABS, then yea don't do it...

I personally say do it, you'll probably get a break on insurance as well...

I second Gingers comments, and i hope that if you decide against an ABS model that you never ever need it.
