Sat nav reading stupid bints!

Well folowing my original post regarding fitting a pc5 on my two week old gsxs
I have subsequently been t-boned by a studpid bint reading her sat nav on monday
the 23/05/16 on the haslemere rdabout a303, I now have a two week old bike with
3000 pounds worth of damage and broken ribs, the immortal words "oh I did not see
you" came out of the silly c**t's gob whilst I was writhing around in the central reservation
trying to quell the pain from left hand side broken ribs where she had ploughed her f***ing
hire car into the side of me.

I had a new bike for two weeks now I have a F***ing cat D bike and a f***ing load of finance
to pay for it because she is a f*****ing idiot. Mc AMS are on the case but I am still totally f****ckd
off it was running perfectly with the new pc5. No.1 rule for any cagers reading you cannot cross the
exit to a dual carriageway in the left hand lane indicating left because you missed the junction and have
to go round the rdabout again and take out the poor motorcyclist who is indicating left and trying
to exit the rdabout inlane 2 onto a dual carriageway.

I f***********ing hat F*******ng cageers Grrrrrrr

Bad luck mate, hope you heal soon. If it's written off at two weeks old, you should get a brand new replacement, just make sure you remove the PCV from the old one to fit to the new one.

Probably also worth asking how much to buy the cat D from the insurance company as cat D's don't need any inspection, they are easy to get back on the road and make a few quid on

That's sad to hear hope you heal quickly. I assume they will be suspending her licence for a while and charging her with something?

cops!

well the cops were very cagey about it, as they say it can be 50/50 sometimes
and therefore have not prosecuted her, no wittiness etc...

So the bike cop said to me that it has happened to him on a police bike yet he was unable to prosecute due to lack of video evidence, fucking **** eveyone has to wear a go pro or similar to get any sort of justice, including the cops.

Fair play to him he was very good and when I explained that she had come from behind me on the inside lane across a dual carriageway exit and only my lifesaver had saved me from certain death or serious life changing injury, he was he more sympathetic.

I did flick it from left to right very quickly to try and get away from her but she rammed me in the gear lever region whilst looking at her fucking sat nav, hence the broken ribs from the a pillar and drivers door mirror,

thank **** for Keith code or else I would be dead.

Bike will be fixed, I will wait a few years. then we will see what happens

it's about 2 grands worth of damage, due to my deft left hand and countersteering
to avoid the impact, so ten grand bike definitely not written off, but now fucking
cat d, so totally pissed off. all my fing savings wiped out by some dumb arse bint,
I want to maim the bitch.

I know where you are coming from wolverine495, I got rear ended at a junction on a 2 week old bike by some tw*t in a Volvo, he shoved me straight out into the traffic, how I didn't get T-boned I'll never know, he then tried to blame me for stopping at a stop sign !!!, anyway he did eventually pay for all the repairs himself so kept the bike off the register.

speedy recovery mate

Sorry to hear your woes at the hand of a stupid cager.
One bit of advice I will give you is don't use your insurance solicitors. Get yourself a proper team on board like Motorcycle Accident Claims Solicitors - White Dalton*

Good luck in the future hope you mend well.

*other solicitors available
