Woolich Racing is in fact an Australian company http://www.woolichracing.com ... As I undertand Woolich tuning stuff is the only one to get right into the ecu to do the magic...

Look them up online.. you can buy their flashing kit, or give them a call (i just did) and they'll provide you with a list of tuners who use their tuning kit.
I'm in Melbourne and they gave me a list of 4 different shops around town.
i called one and they quoted me $900 to flash the ECU and dyno it. also told me that if you're going to mess around with disabling o2, you have to get the bike re-tuned..
the blokes in youtube make it seem a lot easier than that!!

EDIT:
Just spoke to 2 different tuners and it seems as if though when you flash the ECU, you need to re-tune the bike, so you can either purchase the kit, install, and get some dyno time, or take it to a tuner affiliated with Woolwich and get them to do the whole thing for you.
the second place have quoted me $800, but will take around 5 days, which sounds ridiculous.

Spoke to Paul at https://p3tuning.com/ and my bike is going in on saturday for a base ECU flash. All the restrictions will be switched off, O2 and fuel cut disabled, secondry throttle bodies re-adjusted to give a smooth torque curve from lower in the rev range and rather than re-mapping the fuel from the ECU he's going to map it from the PCv as this will allow him to tune on the fly from the live data from the commander, also when i add the full system later it will be far easier and a cheaper option to remap the PCv against remapping the ECU.

So just got an alert that https://p3tuning.com/ had just posted the dyno results after the woolich reflash and K&N filter fit, on their fb page. Super excited to pick her at the weekend.

124bhp for a starting point does sound a little low. Maybe they only used 80% throttle
Doesn't matter though. it's the end result that counts. I'm sure you will be pleased with it
You'll have to let us know how it feels when you get it back

Interesting information.
From the dyno pic it looks like they started from a very badly tuned PCV setup to a reflash back to stock power (almost all dyno-tests I have seen is in the 140-145bhp range).
Look at the AFR.. blue line very rich vs red line.
