S1000F Headlights: is right side bright world wide?

I'd like to have both lights on. I was wondering if other parts of the world have the right side on rather than left for normal riding. If so, a lens swap (and wiring mod) could allow use of both lights w/o creating glare from the high beam lens.

Someone on the forum did a retrofit with HIDs so both lights stay on, looked great. Not sure what the thread title was..

I'm guessing it is. All the pics I'm seeing with one light on are left side. In some they seem to be driving on the left side of the road. Might could mod to projector lights, housing wouldn't matter as much that way.

Thanks, I guess projector lights are the only solution. I prefer halogen light, but if that can't work I guess projector it is.

The lenses are different from each other - one has concave mini reflectors and the other convex reflectors so you would not be able to have 2 good low beam and 2 good high beams.

I did the HID projector upgrade, Much much more effective than original and no longer have the blown bulb look on low beam.

although I have almost finished doing anothe rupgrade (with 4 HID projectors, slight overkill) with will be fully written up in the next week.

Very nice! Can I ask what mirrors are you using? They look ideal for filtering traffic.
Thanks
