Winter bike / fun bike.... opinions please

Preferences and reasons please guys... Need some decision help.
Im going to be doing Green lanes, some lights dirt and street to, winter mostly but some summer use when I want to rest the GSXS.
Choices are.
WR250F
WR450F
Husky 701 SM
KTM 250 - not sure 2 or 4 stroke.
KTM 500

SM701 - I sat on one two days ago and loved it... but is it too grippy if you get my drift,,, do I go SM or Motox... decisions ;-0

You could go with the Enduro and get the Supermoto wheels later. Can't go reverse i.e. I cant fit the Enduro rims on my SM, wont fit the caliper.

I'll second the DR650, with proper tires for off-road. Gobs of power (will do 90 mph), simple, durable, and easy to maintain. It has been around forever virtually unchanged so there are many aftermarket parts and support is not a problem. Check out DRRiders.com.
