Hi all,

I am in the process of putting together the plan for my next bike. I went by the shop last week and saw a gsx-s750z in the shop and fell in love with the idea of the bike.

After researching, it's clear that I will need to go with the gsxs1000 in order to get the best machine, although I LOVE the 750z color scheme.

One thing I do not like about the 1000 vs the 750 is that giant tumor of a catalytic converter which I am going to refer to it as a catbox from now on.

Surely someone will develop something to ditch that thing. I would personally love if there was a dual exhaust setup with no catbox, similar to the 09-11 gsxr, but that's preference.

So, Hey everyone, good to learn.

Hi ganze, yeah emission laws have made the modern bikes look horrendous.
Weird thing is we are allowed to remove them and even run them without cats.
My pet hate though is forced permanent headlight. Makes the LED's pointless.

I ditched the cat and had a straight through silencer on my CB, made a huge difference. Not sure about the GSXS, the exhaust is normally first on my mod list, but I kind of like the stock setup (for now).
