Hello from Kent, UK

I've just found this forum and seen some interesting, amusing and helpful posts. I was also due to pick up a new blue "F" today but as it's so wet I'll probably wait till tomorrow morning when the weather forecasters assure me it will be dry!
I'm really looking forward to it but will also be a little sad to see my 1250 Bandit go.
All the best
Phil

Welcome Phil, I also had a 1250 Bandit, great bike but your "F" will leave it for dead in both power and handling.
Best of luck for tomorrow.

Getting a new bike is fun and exciting. Life is too short to ride the same bike forever. There are too many wonderful bikes out there that ride differently. Try as many as you can Good luck and enjoy!

Well I'm a Kentish man and my wife a Kentish maid. Our 2 sons however are Men of Kent. Small world!!!

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. First impressions of the bike are really positive. I've already fitted a Powerbronze double bubble screen.
