Hi All, just done an order for an ex demo F model, thought I'd join to see what's happening, pick people's brains, check out some mods and all the usual banter that goes on on an owner's forum.
Switching from a Z1000SX and also still have a streetfightered GSXR1000K6.

Pretty interested what you’re going to think of the difference between the Gsxs and the GSXr you have as a streetfighter

Welcome and enjoy.
Here's some banter for you - It's a pity you went for the frumpy girl with the big headlights and not the slim, naked, sexy one. But I guess that's down to the Z1000SX effect.

Blue Naked 2015 ABS model. PCV, Nitron Ntr-1 shock, MRA screen(modified) Puig crash bungs, HEL lines and EBC-HH pads, job done. (Riding since 1959.)

Dekker, you are right its all downhill in the looks department from the Mighty Z

TBH the naked is prettier but like many a woman its not always about the black dress she is wearing just so long as she knows how to make the ride fun, memorable and you dying for a return date...

Mike the F is definitely the right model for me as I ned a fairing and I think its a bit better front end feel in the bends.

Sangedegsx, my fighter is heavily modified and the GSXS is much more comfortable however there is a lovely familiarity in the engine department. Looking forward to getting some miles under my belt..
dekker and mike d like this.
