Care to expound on that a bit for us, hmm?

I mean, we're glad you're here, but you haven't told us much yet.

Are you a newbie to biking, or to liter-class bikes, or to this particular model (GSXS)?

Haha, sorry. I tried to edit the post but no luck on my phone. Not a newbie to riding, but this is my first liter bike. Been riding since 1990. I got mine GSXS 1000 in January of '18. Just interested in what other owners have done and changed, and their tips and tricks etc...The only thing I've done to mine is a power commander to fix the throttle issue.

I definitely have been enjoying the bike. Been thinking about doing full exhaust and maybe a set of lightweight wheels and be done.
There seems to be quite a bit to do to properly get the bike running correctly after getting full exhaust.

Iíve got the Arrow header with a Yoshimura slipon. Had it dyno tuned with Woolich software. Alot of people are going with the M4 exhaust. Either are great options. Or LEAVITSTOCK!

From your avatar pic, it is obvious you are a man of great character and distinction, having picked the best looking of the GSX-S1000 options (naked, red & black.) Congrats! Good to have you here.

If you like going fast in a straight line and being loud, the full exhaust is the way to go (along with an ECU flash from Danos Performance in California.)

If you like to go fast around corners, you need a new rear shock before messing with the exhaust. Everyone lives in a unique location, so figure out what your riding area is like and chose mods accordingly.

Oh yeah, it is a very good idea to add where you are LOCATED since there are people from all over the world on this particular forum. I'm assuming you are in the USA somewhere based on your 'writing', but who knows?
