Hi Rob, crystal clear and excellent value. Well worth the £9.19 it cost. Below is an example of a random page that i took.

Delboy777 Arrived within a couple of hours of purchase. Downloaded it and it works brilliantly. I was going to print it off until i noticed it was 1526 pages (pdf format)

Reagenn You do realize that Paul has a Service Manual on his Gsxs page, right? I think you will need to use Firefox though to view it.

Hi Jo,
Sounds like you need to check out the alarm codes via the test block under the pillion seat. Unfortunately, they only come up when they actually happen, but can be read via history on a Suzuki Diagnostic Tester or software based program on a PC /laptop.
It sounds like the temp is getting really high OR the temperature sensor is faulty and reporting miss info back to the ECU. The ECU will then initiate a 'limp home mode' to kill the power of the motor to reduce heat. If it goes to stage 2, it will stop the motor.
Your Owners Manual may describe it perhaps, or you can follow it for sure in PhuketPaul's online site shop manual via the link in another post on this thread.

Some time back a Member had overheating problems like yours and the fan was faulty; someone else had fan bearing seizing up issues, and yet another had the fan blades touching the radiator core (I think the fan was non Suzuki).
Best of luck.

Rob.
