New summer riding shoes...

I just picked up a pair of the Alpinestars Sektor vented boots for summer commuting.
I have some Dainese Solarys for longer jaunts and a pair of Dainese Freeland GTX for cooler weather, but was looking for a lighter pair of summer boots for commuting and decided to give the Sektors a shot (knowing the great Rvzilla return policy). Well, I've gotten a few rides in with them and I'm really impressed. They are CE Class II and very comfortable. I ordered a 9.5 (I'm usually a 9.5 or 10 depending on brand). They fit my feet like a glove and are as comfortable as sneakers. I've worn them to work on my last few commutes and worn them all day long. They give perfect contact points on the bike and seem to flow air pretty good (although the real test is yet to come). They seem like really nice riding shoes/boots.
unload and RobertO like this.
