Corbin seat wanted

Looking to buy a Corbin Seat for my 2016 GXS1000F. Prefer a gunfighter and lady but could do a solo also.
Basic black color preferred.

Hey Chaz1234,
They (Corbin) don't do a 'solo' for the GSX-S1000. All you can get is the Gunfighter (front and back seat are 'one' unit combined.)
Check it out here.

Just ordered one and it is $552 to my door here in Texas. Ugh. Too mucking fuch. But...stock seat sucks. Good luck. Hopefully you can find a used one for cheap. I gave up.

Thanks for the heads up. Didn't mean solo I guess but gf or gfl. Guess I'll need to cough up the cash and order one. I had one on my FZ-09 and really liked it, It will be a bit harder but wider and more comfortable. Looks good also, Let us know how you like it.

I was torn about getting it, but another guy on here bit the bullet and spent the cash and posted pics and riding impressions and seeing it on a 'real' bike convinced me it wouldn't look completely dorky (one, long seat vs the two seats that the bike comes with.) As you said, Corbin foam is the best. Firm...but that's what works. I've had three of them (various bikes) and no one elses seat comes close. I tried Sargent but their foam was too soft for my tastes. If you really ride long distances (or all day) Corbin is the way to go.

Once I get mine and try it out, I'll try to remember to come back and give a follow-up on it.

I find the stock seat to be quite comfy. Seems crazy but I notice some of my jeans create a little discomfort if the seams are too thick. Most of my pants don't cause any issues. OTOH, I don't have an "ample' butt and the additional cushioning it provides some of you.

Doh! Oh no he didn't. (Uh, yes, he did!)
Yep, I'm a big ass dude. 255 lbs at the moment. I've lost 19 lbs since October, so I'm working on it. But it seems a common theme - skinny dudes seem to be fine with the stock seat and us 'beefier-types', not so much. Just goes with the territory. Thankfully there are aftermarket 'fixes' for fat folks.
