Traction Control activating with no provocation

So over the past week my traction control has been activating during normal riding, e.g. riding down a straight road @ 50 mph in 4th/5th/6th gear, give it some throttle and the TC light comes on and TC activates.

Checked both wheels, discs and sensors. No error code(s) given. Thinking a sensor may be on the fritz, I found replacements and first replaced the front, then the rear. The problem persists. Even disconnected the battery...nada.

Any ideas as to what could be going on?
