Completed first service

Turned over 603 miles as I rolled into the service bay. Ready to finally rip!!

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

The solution is almost always more throttle!

You're supposed to have 1000 miles before you can fully rip. If you want to follow the manual (and who really does?) it's a max of 8600 rpm between 500 and 1000 miles. Not that you'd hurt anything by doing otherwise.

Yeah I know I actually do follow the manual pretty close on these things. At least now I can rip it enough to have some good fun. Mostly to me it's about that first oil change getting all those break in little metal pieces out of the oil. I'll change the oil again around 1000 to 1100 miles. I've done this for every new bike I've broken in its good piece of mind for my OCD brain. But the motor noticeably revs easier now.
Davethesparky and G-Dub like this.
