I been looking around and some of the OTD prices vary. Just got a quote for a 2018 gsxs1000z in Miami sales tax 7% for $9874. Any advise on this price. Thanks

That's basically what I paid for mine a year ago, I thought it was a good deal then but that was the current model year at the time, I don't know about the pricing for a year-old model now.

I got mine for around $10,250 OTD in IL near the beginning of this season. Not the best price as I had an offer for $8,250 OTD for a new '17 red/black naked ABS at the end of 2017. I only bought this '18 Z instead of waiting for a better price because the wife finally gave me the ok to getting back into riding and I wasn't about to wait for her to change her mind again.

Thanks for the info. Weird thing is that I was about to purchase one about a year ago and the OTD price they gave me that time was $9980 basically same price they are giving me know.

Hey Fat Suzi what I do when buying a new bike and that’s if you can afford to do it, Is I get the new bike
First just to make sure I like it.
Then flog the old bike privately.
There’s nothing worse than trading your bike in for a low ball trad and then finding out
you liked your old bike better.

I bought my '17 leftover in '18 for $8,900 OTD in California. You are looking at basically the same thing - a year-old model (almost a 2 year-old). Make them an offer.
