Akrapovic don't make a full system for the GSX-S1000. They only make the slip on for our bike. You'd need to get another brand header to go with the Akra end can.

Also worth noting, the one I have the pipe diameter is 46mm, when most exhausts are 51mm.

Thanks for the information. I did not know Akrapovic didn't make a header for the GSX-S. I may go with an Arrow system now.
