So where exactly do you place it under the GSX-S since the frame really isn't exposed down there? Are you using the catalytic converter as the lift point? It's a cheap, easy solution that's theoretically easier than using a BullDog or equivalent lift, but I don't like the idea of putting all of the bike's weight on the exhaust system.
Gregg, Sorry my typing sucks with this new laptop: yes its Shalla. Yes, it uses the bottom of the "boombox" of the exhaust system. Note, the lift has a nice rubber cover on the prybar piece. Stress engineering was not my discipline, but I don't think it should pose an issue. BTW, it is quite convenient to use and lift up the rear wheel for chain lubing. I haven't yet tried--it works on the Harley--but you move it towards the front and you can lift up the front wheel.
