Anyone using them? I asked for quote today for PR5's and Angel GT's and was told about the T31's, they're a little cheaper and look decent

Anyone tried them?

Still trying to decide on 50 v 55 profile on the rear too...

Got prices for PR4's and T30's too which I'm also considering...leaning towards PR4's right now....

Thoughts guys?

I’ve run everything you ask about except the PR5’s. I really like the 4’s over everything else and have run the 4’s on a hayabusa and that’s what’s on the back of the gsx at the moment. Go 55 you won’t be sorry.

Yes, I had them fitted to my bike from new - wanted to use bike when poss over winter which is why I got them. I can't compare them obviously but they haven't given me any issues - I've always liked Bridgestone because they perform well in 'not perfect' conditions! Totally reliable - did a journey back from Carlisle to my home in Northumberland in driving wind/rain on Friday and had no problems at all. The tyres fitted as standard seem more like 'cut slicks' to me so will probably be ok in warmer climes - unlikely to be much use to me here tho!

Can't really advise you on the T-31s, but CAN say go with the 55 series tire.
I'm not a Bridgestone fan. I don't care much for Dunlop either.
I like Michelin, Metzelers, and Pirelli's, as a general rule.
If you get the T-31s, you could let us know what you think.

I'm running the Bridgestone T-30 Evo rear. The T31 is a newer version of it. This is a sport touring tire, but more on the sport side of the scale. The tire rides great. I only have about 1000 kms on it so I can't speak for longevity. I am a fan of Bridgestone as their sport touring tires are cheaper than Michelin/Metzeler/Dunlop usually, while still being high quality. Go to revzilla.com and read the reviews on it.

The PR5s are just R5s now (if you are referring to Michelin's). I put the R5s on my bike with 50mm profile (about 2K miles ago), and they turned way quicker than stock. I guess each manufacturer varies on the actual profile for a given size (just sayin'). I really like them, and they grip much better than stock in wet, and feel more confidence inspiring all around.

I run the diablo rosso 3s front and 55 in the rear o got about 3k on them so far and I feel like I can get at least 2k more. I shred them up in the turns and do long highway rides and there still round I love them that's my opinion but at least do the 55s no matter what

I've ended up sticking Mich Road 5's on the bike, I got them at a decent price for loose wheel fitting. I went for the normal rear profile too...I will do a 55 for the next rear if they feel slow in the turns, I just figured they'll be plenty good enough for me.
