Hello All,
I was just told by the folks at FT ECU that lower rpm throttle issues , such as, jittery constant throttle is helped by eliminating the o2 sensor. Worth a try.
From reading some threads here it sounds like I can leave the o2 sensor in place, but, have to expect that it will be damaged over many thousands of miles. If I do leave it in place do I just unclip the wire connection up near the air box? FT ECU has a feature to eliminate the error message when the o2 is disconnected, so, do I understand correctly that I wouldn't need the o2 eliminator plug that I see being sold?
thanks, Bemil

You've understood it correctly.
If you do not want to damage the O2-sensor you can remove it, and just replace it with a suitable bolt ("plug").

Thanks PhuketPaul and Bking,
Been a long road getting this thing to run how I like. Hopefully this will make the final difference.
BKing 1441, I was thinking about replacing the GSXS with the new Speed Triple. How do you like it?
