Picked her up today and had a fantastic ride home, new tyres are super slippery so I'd recommend TC level 3 it blinked a couple of times but all was good. Really happy and looking forward to adding a few bits and bobs, I'm going to leave the exhaust stock for a while because i really love the look of it and it sounds excellent. A couple of pics of generic angle and with the rear footrest removed.

Hi 999, yeah I think i'm going to go with evo tech purely on the basis that they have products already. I've emailed R&G and they estimate about 8 weeks after launch and that's a bit too far away for me.
I will recommend a tank protector before you ride it, I rode the 20 miles home and it had some light marks already, not bad enough to notice but it's something bearing in mind. A german firm on eBay have a tail tidy already
but it's a bit too tall for a smaller plate. I think I'm just going to go sliders, bobbins and tail tidy and engine cases when they get released other than that I think it looks perfect.

ackack: Love the bike and can't to hear you give us a review after you've racked up a few thousand kilometers.
One thing I will say that has really shocked me is the wind blast is perfectly manageable even at 80mph. I'm going to try and scrub the tyres a bit more tomorrow but even at restricted RPM it still wants to play in the twisties.

Yaaay they are coming thick and fast now.
Just did 350 miles in 2 days and weirdly when I sit bolt upright
chilling at 70-80 mph there is hardly any buffeting. Yet when I crouch
down a bit it noticeably worse. Bike is fantastic on motorways
and next on my wishlist is a gel seat.

The seat is absolutely fine for up to about 50 miles continuous riding
I did 150 miles in one go and I was a bit tender for about an hour after getting off. If you plan to do a fair few touring miles then I'd recommend a gel
seat. If your doing sub 50 miles then the seat is perfectly fine.

Upgraded the headlight bulb to philips nightvision and what a difference.
Even matches the colour of the "fangs" so you don't get that horrible
yellow light look.

hey hey!! now i have mine at home too and registered too! i had to wait a little for registration approval bcs. its the first in my country.
Made today around 90km and the bike is great. Can confirm slippery of the tires. (so take "super" care when u make first few km). But after few km its great
handling. just curious if there will be any steering damper avaliable!!??. I think it would be more than welcome for some bumpy roads at higher speeds.

Otherweiss chassis is way better then Z1000 2014 (stiffer. No wiggle wiggle in corners).
At constant speed shes not running so smooth but thats no big problem u have to give it to her anyway - fuuuull throtle then shes happy. looooooooll!!>:D

Nice mate, I've done over 500 miles now and the engine just keeps getting better. Started to get the right peg down now on roundabouts, its such a well behaved bike it's unreal. Ive not even had the need for a damper yet, maybe you should try relaxing on the bars a bit mate.
