Gave the bike a run on the dyno today. Explains a lot with how lean it is running. The red line is at 10% throttle which is **** of lean hence the snatchy-ness at low revs. Was told with just a power commander (when they release one!) and a remap to sort out the fueling should be getting close to 150hp.

Will the PC sort out the throttle problem...?

Yes

You can see the steeper rise on the curve is when it is running a tad richer. If you you can get the whole range running a bit richer it will be a better curve still also surprisingly it runs lean at full throttle. He did say he wouldn't recommend anyone sticking a better flowing exhaust or air filter without a remap on a dyno as it could get dangerously lean.
