Just being on this forum a short while there are some awesome people on here, great advice, some very good humour. Pretty sure we all know what bike you like, but what is your vocation, or what was?

Woah, that explains the knowledge base that is on here! I think there is enough experience and wisdom here to maybe set this world straight again 🙂
was wondering if we were all Top Gun Pilots
9 years as a diesel mechanic, now working at my town highway department as a motor equipment operator. I've done a little bit of everything over the years like computers/electronics, welding, engine building, septic, home construction, networking, tuning and much more. It's good to know as much as you can. One of my latest projects is a aquaponics setup for my koi pond.
I sell cars for a living when they finally arrive !!!

I'm a software engineer. I write code (both embedded MCU and Windows), that control cable and wire harness test equipment. The testers are used at NASA, Boeing, Blue Origin, SpaceX, Northup Grumman... to name a few, to test the cables that go into their products. We tested all the cables on the Mars Rover. I've actually toured the SpaceX facility including a close up look at the Dragon capsule as they were designing it for human cargo. Fun stuff. ;)

I'm a network and systems engineer (IT guy in common vernacular). Been doing it for nearly 25 years now. Just accepted a new gig this morning after quitting my last job on April 1. First time I've been unemployed since around 9 years old and I gotta say, I absolutely cannot wait for retirement!

I work maintenance for a school. No tips for me but plenty of hours that sounds like a good gig
It’s a chill job. My own hours etc as long as work is done before open next day. Takes only a few hours
Averages about 35 a hour without tips but it’s a part time job, ain’t anything to gloat about but getting to walk around in a cut off shirt and gym shorts w work for couple
Hours every night is kinda like a workout

get paid plus workout
