The 14 degree lean angle of my GSX-S1000F is still a bit much for me. I'm 6'1" so I should fit this bike well, but I'd like to be more upright on longer rides. I'd rather not switch out to a different bike just because of the ergos. Is there a way to bring the bars closer to me more than the tiny 20mm bar risers? Pro Taper EVO Adventure bars? I don't think there's enough cable slack to go more than 20mm up/back.

Thoughts?

Did they make a noticeable difference?
Yes they helped.
I go on all day rides and I have no complaints with the risers.
I want to lower the foot pegs. My knees get cramped after a couple of hours.

G'day SS7,
You could try these, US $12.25 30% OFF|Universal Motorcycle Handlebar Riser 22mm 28mm Bars Clamp handle bar risers For bmw suzuki Ducati ktm Kawasaki free shipping|handlebars fat bar|bar riser22mm handlebar risers - AliExpress
not only rise the bars but you can bring them backwards (or maybe forwards in your case) as well.
Switch-gear cables have to be re-routed but worth the hassle.

Re cramped knees, I raise the seat by 32mm by getting re-upholstered with more form, best mod I have done to the bike (hence the bar raisers).
