Nice, looks so much better than the OEM part.

Does the R&G block the opening underneath ?
I have a German tail tidy and that one leaves 2 holes.
I blocked one already.

I'm thinking of buying the R&G to replace mine.

I am wondering where your reflector will go or are you not going to fit it ?

Some of the German ones have a "T" shaped extension to accommodate one.

I am still waiting to see what Evotech come up with.

The tail tidy has a shaped spacer block about 10mm thick that sits into the recess. Longer bolts are supplied to replace original. A 5th hole is there to feed all wires through. Its a very neat design. All wires and original type connectors are included so you just unplug tail light and indicators & plug back in again. I've stayed with original indicators at the moment but if you want aftermarket indicators the wiring is supplied with correct plugs so no cutting of wires. You could revert back to original in an hour or so. There are no holes left to plug.

A small round stick on reflector is supplied with tail tidy but to be honest I'm not sure where you would fit it. It's not designed to take 1 even with a small licence plate so I won't be bothering with it

Another little point that I couldn't see mentioned in that MOT thing is that the reflector must be level with the centre line. This rule was added around the time the tow bar and display warning lights came in so a couple of years now.

I had one of those penny reflectors on my old bike with full size plate. After the MOT I put my smaller plate on with the penny reflector on the right hand side of plate, I never got a pull as the plate still had standard looking font and still reflective but just an FYI for the first MOT in 3 years time.

Thanks, sounds like a better design than some of the Germans.

Looks nice!

I've ordered the German one as I'm hoping to use the LED number plate light / reflector unit that I designed and made for the tail tidy on the CB. I'm happy to engineer something to tidy up the under tray if needed. If it doesn't work out I'll probably get the R&G instead!

Thanks for the pic,
looks better from underneath than my German one.

I will replace mine in a few months, i'll wait for rizoma, valter motor etc and than make my choice.
But R&G looks very nice.

the German one is good looking and the quality is good.
But i don't like the 2 holes underneath, one is easy to close with some rubber but the other one is less easy.

:)
