I’ve put fresh 90+ octane gas in it. The battery is at 12.55 volts. The tps sensor has just been adjusted. It’s got a FULL fresh flash on the ECU.....
The code still reads -C00 but I go out for a test run and the ****ing check engine light and the FI indicator comes on....what in the **** is wrong with this bike?!?!

When you say the code reads -c00, what exactly do you mean? Do you shut the bike off and then jump the service port then see -c00? C00 means no codes, at least no active codes.

While the bike is running (not just ignition on) and the fi light is on, put it in dealer mode, this should show the code. Once we know the code we can go from there, it sounds like you are putting it in dealer mode when the fault has cleared.
If it does not show the code something may have been done when it was flashed that caused an issue.
Also some background information might help. Mods, when it happened/s etc
