I have a GX and just love it. I recently took the rear rack off the back, and I think it looks pretty good plus it saves lots of weight (that thing is heavy).
Question is are there any aftermarket parts as a tail tidy for this mod. If I go travelling, I will put it back on its a very easy removal process and I have the panniers when I need them.
Talking of the "death wobbles" I ride this machine pretty quick and push it fairly hard and I have not noticed any problems, but I do play on the suspension settings to get it the way I like and that does take a lot of trial and error.
