Took the front wheel off today, will be knocking the bearings out at the weekend.

Martin is correct, getting ready for powder coating. Might do the heel guards as well while it's in bits seeing as the paint on that is crap.

Well the strip down went ok until I tried to remove rear bearings.
There is very little play on the axle sleeve so my trusty bearing drift will not fit.
Ordered a new set of drifts so fingers crossed.

Wheels are ready to be picked up from the powder coaters, just need to find some time to get down there and pick them up.
As an FYI the bearing sizes are Front, 22x44x12 and Rear 28x52x12
I got my bearings from Bearings: Ball Bearing, Needle Roller, Linear & Thrust Bearings and I got the rubber seal bearings and will remove one of the seals when fitting.
Also received in the post, Carbon fibre swingarm protector and bar end mirrors, so it's all taking shape now.

Wheels are ready to be picked up from powder coaters, new Koyo bearings have arrived 22x44x12 front and 28x52x12 rear if anyone is wondering.
Parts awaiting fitting now consists of carbon fibre swingarm protector, levers, bar end mirrors and the plastics with a different colour scheme.

As requested a few pics Still waiting on levers and grips and it has no decals and needs a good clean and polish to remove greasy finger prints. Still i dont think its bad for 3 weeks work so far most evenings back pain allowing.
