Heading South from 215 it turns a little rough, the macadam is very coarse, but general condition is still good. 215 and north was good all the way to Asheville last trip I made to Mt Mitchell. Last few miles to Mt Mitchell are a bit bumpy in spots though.
Took myself off to Scotland for the weekend. After seeing all you guys posting some pretty amazing scenery I thought I should stop and take at least one on the way up.
This is just outside Kendal on the way to the Lake District.
And this one is of the view across the loch where I stayed.
A fantastic weekend with a few mates and about 800 miles under my belt.
The bike was faultless
Pencader, synod inn and Lampeter, was testing my satnav. Wasnt too bad the only bug being the **** handlebar clamp which prohibits putting the satnav in the centre where its easily read, cutting those centre bars off would alleviate this.
Rode part of the Lincolnshire Wolds as a recce for a cycle ride I have planned. Not the roads I normally go on and probably more suited to an adventure type bike as the roads were somewhat ropey at times. Was interesting riding them though and the bike behaved impeccably.
