Like ackack says, the dealers buy from Suzuki at one price and sell at the Suziuki recommended retail price. Where they actually sell is up to them and how much they are prepared to make on the deal. Certainly car dealers get discounts for meeting targets which gives the dealers more room for movement, I don't see why it would be any different for bike dealers.
Personally I've never paid RRP for any new vehicle, or the asking price for any used one. I believe there is always room for negotiation, but if the dealer thinks they can sell the bike at RRP to the guy in the queue behind you, don't expect it to be easy!
