My latest Moto project - tilting Motorcycle Carrier

Me and a friend made this a few weeks ago so I could take my bike on a trip up the coast with my GF. It tilts / swivels so loading is a one person job. Round trip was about 1000 miles and happy to say no issues :)

Very nice. What method of welding, TIG, MIG, stick, FCAW?
How did you bend the tubes?
Class III hitch? What is the hitch rated for, weight-wise?
Have thought about trying to make something as well, but kind of leery of using a hitch to support all the weight of the bike plus carrier, maybe 500 lbs total?
Regardless, thank you for posting with pictures.

How much did it squat your truck? I would be nervous hanging that much off the hitch, but I guess it's not really that bad. I should get one for my DR-Z....
Yeah these are very popular with the motocross crowd. Dirt bikes don't weigh as much so an aluminum carrier would work fine.
