I am using the OnePlus N10 5G, however, I am losing connection and in order to reconnect I need to stop :(
The dash idea is great, however, the realization is poor.
Why I cannot connect with the USB?
Why it is unstable (at least on my phone)
Why we should be limited to some apps? The original mySpin app has more apps available.
I paired with my sena, and sometimes, the music stops working.
My phone becomes very hot

Is it my phone?

Is your phone in auto lock never mode ? I have to do this on the iphone otherwise it does what you say.
Yes, it is, sometimes it works for 1 hours, sometimes for 20 minutes
The connection is shown on the dash, and if I stop and connect to the myspin from the dash without touch the phone sometime works.
The phone is connected to a power source too

I installed myspin and sygic with offline maps on my iphone 12 and tried it out. It seems you can only get into the navigation when you're stopped. So if you're moving, and you exit out of the navigation, you can't get back in until you stop? Is that correct or do I just not know what to press? I also ran into a problem where sygic would periodically show a black screen for a while, as if it couldn't update the map quickly enough. Hopefully they will update the app to allow waze.

Also, I had my phone in my pocket and was using the navigation, and it drained my phone from 100% down to 14% in like 2 hours. I guess you need to keep your phone plugged in if you use the navigation.

I'll probably just use my garmin zumo since I already have one.

Haha turns out i wasn't using sygic at all, i was using apple maps. The icon that says "Maps" is actually just apple maps, you have to scroll to the second screen to get to sygic. I saw maps and incorrectly assumed it was sygic. That would explain why I was getting a blank screen, apple maps didn't have offline maps loaded and since I was riding through some remote areas with spotty cell coverage I probably wasn't getting data.

I have experienced a few glitches with the MySPIN. Overall I like it. New tech is always wonky at first. You just have to embrace it! I use the Sygic navigation. It works fine and I have no problems switching between music and maps. I do not like the fact that my Cardo only works paired to MySPIN. But eh… such is the way it is.

You are a much more tolerant man than me....lol

My spin is clunky and nowhere near working like they say it should. You can't use google maps or other apps... And it keeps disconnecting as it interferes with your phone ( which I want to use laps on as my spin won't accept the phone screen cast.. and the propriety maps are rubbish).. thanks Suzuki

Yep...it's brutal! 23k on mine and only used it a couple of times...and that was enough!

I use MySpin and it works great with my Sena comms on my GT. The only time i have an issue is when i turn the ignition off (Fuel / Tea break). Then i find i have to restart the App to make it re-connect. Am i doing something wrong ? Shouldn't it re-connect on its own !?

I finally gave up on it. Took it off my phone and removed it from the bike. I hate it! It became a complete hassle the longer time went on. Constant issues with connectivity and I said enough is enough just get back to riding and forget this BS. Suzuki should have just paid Apple like Honda did and just gave us CarPlay. It’s not perfect either but way better than this Myspin junk.

Totally agree!
